Ingredients:
1 small cabbage, finely chopped
3 carrots, shredded
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 red pepper (Pimiento), finely chopped
1 hot green pepper, finely chopped
parsley, finely chopped
1 t-spoon chili flakes
1 garlic clove, minced
olive oil to taste
1/2 cup vinegar
salt
Directions:
Place all vegetables in a strainer, season with salt and try to drain liquids with your hands. Put the mixture in a large bowl, pour vinegar, stir well and store in the fridge. Add olive oil only before serving the salad. If you like you can add, currants and pine nuts at the end
